This is my second painting of Island View Beach. This view is facing north from the walking path north of the campground.

I painted this at Goward House's morning's paint session. Painting is not finished and I plan to add some glazes to balance the color of the sky, rocks, cliffs and water.

Trail along Pat Bay just north of the Ocean Sciences. One can see a Mountain of Salt Spring Island in the distance.

Sept. 30/11 Michells Farm, Oil on Canvas 11" x 14"

A plein air painting of some trees in a field at Michells Farm. It started to rain as I finished the painting and the water droplets disturbed the oil paint but I managed to correct it.
